Fremantle Press sent my debut poetry collection, Public. Open. Space. out into the world (eep!) in July 2023.
The cross-country book tour started with two free events in Western Australia:
- Boorloo-based author Laurie Steed launched the book on the afternoon of Sunday 2nd July at the Fremantle Library, featuring guest poet Jack Collard.
- Kinjarling-based poet Barbara Temperton and I had a fantastic conversation on the evening of Thursday 13th July at the Albany Public Library.
Followed by a quick trip to Victoria:
- Where Meanjin editor and arts advocate Esther Anatolitis launched the book on Thursday 27th July at Readings Emporium, featuring guest poet Bebe Backhouse.
And finally, back home to Tarntanya/Adelaide:
- Where author Jennifer Mills launched the book at Goodwood Books on Sunday 13th August, with a reading by special guest poet Dominic Guerrera.
